Cleanprotec — Main Commercial

The film rebuilt around your note: cleaning is step one, the protective layer is the story. Sixteen beats, about eighty-eight seconds. Every frame below is a live moving frame, so you can see the motion, not guess at it.

Before you review

These are storyboard frames, not the finished film. What we are asking you to approve is the order of the beats and what each beat says — the story, not the polish.

The frames run at draft quality and carry no on-screen type yet. Once you approve the order, we take every frame to final quality, lay the type and the voiceover in, grade it, and cut the film. Product labels, the logo and the end card are your own assets and stay exactly as they are.

Where a frame is different from the first cut, it carries a Changes note under it saying what moved and why. Frames with no note are unchanged. The dashed divider is drawn rough here; in the finished film it is a clean white line.

What changed after your feedback

Clean is no longer the ending

In the first cut the film finished when the truck was clean. Now the clean truck arrives at 0:21 and everything after it is about what is left behind on the paint.

The protective layer is now visible

Frame 07 is new: a transparent layer forms over the paintwork and dirt arrives and finds nothing to hold on to. This is the frame the film was missing.

Two new explainer graphics

The protection beat and the sustainability beat each get their own graphic, built in the same language as “Same dirt. Same water. Same moment.”, so the two ideas are stated as plainly as the opening one.

The layer is shown on the truck, not only in the abstract

Frame 08 is new: the bonded network built on the vehicle’s own surface in 3D macro, so the science lands on the product rather than on a texture.

Sustainability moved into the film

Frame 11 is new: what runs off the truck runs onto grass, not into a drain, with a graphic naming water, wastewater and CO₂.

The opening frame is re-centred

The truck now sits dead centre with the divider through the middle of it, the divider is white instead of red, and the two bottles hold either side of the line.

The split is one frame, not two

Frames 04 and 14 are a single 16:9 frame split down the middle — left half one shot, right half the other. Nothing is stretched or letterboxed to make it fit.

The next clean is now the payoff

Frame 14 returns to the split with one wipe on the treated half, and frame 15 is a new closing shot of the truck out on the road still holding its finish.

“Truck” became “vehicle”

In the closing voiceover line, as you asked on 1 September.

Length went up, not down

The first cut ran 0:50. With the protection and sustainability beats in, the film is 1:28 — inside the 60–90 second brief.

Angle and goal

The angle

One truck, one dividing line, one wash. Everything the film claims is proved on the same vehicle at the same moment, so there is nothing to take on trust. The cleaning wins the first twenty seconds; the layer that stays behind wins the rest.

What it has to do

Leave a fleet operator with one sentence they can repeat: it cleans, it protects, and every clean after this one is easier — and it does that on water. Then ask for a demo on their own fleet.

The frames

01Reworked

ActionTruck parked dead centre, locked-off frame, filthy on both sides. The divider drops down the middle and the two bottles hold either side of it.
ChangesThe frame is re-centred on the truck — it sat off to one side before. The divider is now white instead of red. Your Standard Finish bottle sits on the treated side, an anonymous blurred bottle on the untreated side. The line of copy lands centre frame, over the grille.

ActionBoth halves are washed at the same moment, one operator per side. The split holds through the shot so the comparison never breaks.

ActionMacro on the panel. The treated half lifts clean in a single pass and the gloss comes straight back. The same cloth on the untreated half only smears the dirt across the paint.
ChangesThe dent in the truck panel is gone from the left half — that half was re-generated. This is one 16:9 frame split down the middle, left half from one shot and right half from the other, not two frames cut together and not a stretched image.

ActionPull back to the whole truck: left half clean and bright, right half still grey.
ChangesRewritten beat. In the first cut this was roughly where the film ended — clean truck, done. It is now the hinge: the line says out loud that clean is step one, and everything after it is about what stays on the paint.
